A YouTube vid worth watching |

I usually just post funny crap on this site, but we've got a little election coming in a few weeks an neither of these dudes seem to get it. It's really easy to fall into the trappings of election rhetoric. Everyone's promising "change", but no one's really talking about the 800lb gorilla in the room: Oil. Oil = transporation and transportation = economy. I have had trouble putting my thoughts on this into words, and then a friend recommenderd I watch this video. It covers everything I'd been thinking and more. Please take a look and let it sink in... if we could get the world "off oil" for our transportation, we'd fix a lot of things. Please watch this video! It's a speech by Anne Korin of the . I don't know much about her organization. From what I can tell, her focus is warning people about radical Islam. (I think radical anything is usually a bad idea. Except for radical and extreme cheese flavor. Gotta love extreme cheese.) For all I know, they could be conservative wackos. I'm not talking about any of that... what I want to focus on is her point about oil. She stresses the need to stop using oil for transportation and her point just seems to make more an more sense.
