This is one of the most "funny b/c it's true" shorts of all time. I felt compelled to share it. What makes this short so funny isn't just the sheer absurdity of people haggling with every-day, personal transaction. It's that anoyone who's dealth with providing an enterprise-level product or service encounters this on a daily basis. Why clients feel it's OK to haggle this way with a vendor is beyond me. Why is it commonplace for a client to ask for free service or a free "trial" of a service?
